GLP1Zoom is an affiliate-funded editorial site. This policy explains exactly what we accept, what we refuse, and how advertising relationships affect (or do not affect) our editorial coverage. Read alongside our Affiliate Disclosure, Editorial Policy, and Methodology.
What we accept
- Affiliate commissions from telehealth providers and pharmacies when a reader signs up after clicking our link. Tracked through standard networks (Impact, Commission Junction, ShareASale, Rakuten, AvantLink) and direct partner programs.
- Newsletter sponsorships(future) clearly labeled "Sponsored per [Brand]" at the top of the email and subject to the editorial standards below.
- Editorial collaborations(e.g., guest expert Q&A) with disclosure of the contributor's affiliations and any compensation received.
What we refuse
- Programmatic display ads — no Google Ads, AdSense, AdThrive, Mediavine, Taboola, Outbrain, or similar networks. The Site carries zero third-party banner inventory.
- Cross-context behavioral advertising trackers — no Facebook Pixel, no Google Ads remarketing tag, no LinkedIn Insight, no TikTok Pixel.
- Paid placement in editorial ranking — no provider can buy their way to the top of /best-glp1-providers or any other ranking. Score formulas are public in Methodology.
- Pharmaceutical manufacturer advertising — we do not accept paid placements, banner ads, sponsored content, or commission from manufacturers (Novo Nordisk, Eli Lilly, etc.). Drug pages cover manufacturer products on editorial merit only.
- Affiliate programs from compounding pharmacies without FDA-registered facility — compliance-flagged sources are excluded regardless of commission rate.
- Native advertising disguised as editorial — sponsored content (if any) is labeled at the top of the page and in metadata.
Editorial firewall
Business development and editorial are separate functions. Specifically:
- Editors decide which providers to review and what score to assign. Business development can propose partnerships but has no veto or score-influence power.
- Negative findings (price hikes, FDA warning letters, poor refund policies) are published regardless of partnership status. We have demoted partners on the ranking table after quality regressions; see commit history of
src/app/[locale]/best-glp1-providers/page.tsx. - Partner relationship status (active / paused / terminated) is disclosed inline in the provider review when it could affect interpretation.
Disclosure formatting
Every page containing affiliate links shows an inline disclosure above the fold (or before the first link, whichever is sooner). The standard wording:
GLP1Zoom is reader-supported. When you click an affiliate link and sign up with a provider, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Our recommendations are editorially independent — see our Affiliate Disclosure.
Partner acceptance criteria
Before listing a provider as an affiliate partner we verify:
- Legitimacy — incorporated entity, working website, accessible customer support, terms of service published.
- Regulatory standing — FDA-registered facility (for compounding), state licensure for prescribers, no active FDA warning letters in the past 24 months.
- Transparent pricing — published per-month cost, no hidden upcharges, published refund / cancellation terms.
- Patient safety practices — prescriber consultation required (no questionnaire-only Rx), labwork where clinically indicated.
- Affiliate program terms — standard cookie window (≥30 days), no false advertising clauses that would compromise editorial honesty, clear postback contract.
We have declined partnerships when one or more of these were missing. See Methodology for the full provider scoring rubric.
