GLP1Zoom does not sell personal information for money and has not done so in the prior 12 months. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (no Facebook Pixel, no Google Ads remarketing, no programmatic display).
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), the terms "sell" and "share" have broad definitions that can include data transfers for analytics or affiliate tracking. This page lets California residents exercise their statutory opt-out and related rights.
Your CCPA / CPRA rights
- Right to opt out of sale / sharing— direct us not to sell or share your personal information (we already don't, but you can submit a binding request).
- Right to know — what categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you in the past 12 months.
- Right to delete — request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to statutory exceptions (legal obligation, fraud prevention, etc.).
- Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — restrict us to using sensitive PI only for purposes enumerated in 11 CCR § 7027(m).
- Right to non-discrimination — exercising any of the above does not change the price, quality, or features available to you on the Site.
How to submit a request
Three methods (any one works):
- Email — [email protected]with subject line indicating which right you're exercising (opt-out, delete, know, correct).
- Global Privacy Control signal — if your browser sends the GPC header we honor it as an opt-out automatically. You do not need to send a separate request.
- Cookie banner — reject optional categories on the consent banner. This applies to all current and future sessions on the same browser.
Verifying your request
Per 11 CCR § 7060–7063, we must verify your identity before fulfilling a know, delete, or correct request. Verification requirements depend on the risk of harm if data goes to the wrong person:
- Opt-out of sale / sharing — no verification required (we honor immediately).
- Know (categories only) — match 2 data points (email + IP region or recent activity timestamp).
- Know (specific pieces) / delete / correct — match 3 data points + signed declaration under penalty of perjury.
Response timing
We acknowledge requests within 10 business days and substantively respond within 45 calendar days. If we need a 45-day extension (e.g., complex request), we will notify you within the initial 45 days with the reason.
Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request. The agent must provide proof of written authorization signed by you (notarized or by power of attorney). We may also contact you to verify the agent.
Categories of personal information collected
See our Privacy Policy for the full enumeration mapped to CCPA §§ 1798.140(v)(1)(A)–(K). Summary: identifiers (email, IP), internet activity (pageviews, referrers), and geolocation (state-level, derived from edge IP).
